Q : Are items listed here brand new or pre-owned?
We only sells brand new items. All items listed here are in pristine condition.

Q: How do Yeezys fit?
Yeezy sizing it is very different to other sneakers. We generally say to go 0.5 size up as it's a very narrow and flat shoe. However this may vary depending on the person whether they like a tighter/looser fit or if they have a narrow/wide foot, as well as the model of Yeezy you're wishing to purchase. Our best recommendation is that you come instore and try a pair on yourself so you can get the perfect size.

Q: How do I know what sizing to buy?
We suggest referring to the original manufacturer’s size guide for comprehensive sizing info. Or simply visit us instore to try before you buy!

SHIPPING & RETURN

Q : How long does it take to ship?
Orders may take 1-3 business days to ship. Pre order item will require up to 10-14 business days to ship.

Q: How can I track my order?
With every order you will receive a notification email when we ship out your order. In that email there will be a tracking link.

Q: What is the process for returning purchased items?

Exchanges are available for all limited edition items within a 14-day period, provided that shoes are returned with the tag and receipt. Prior to tag removal, verification is necessary, as any claims become void once the tag is taken off. Our assurance of authenticity extends to requiring the return of the original, unworn items with intact receipts and tags in the event of authenticity issues.
